Still life with lots of pottery

Every so often I will post a grouping of my pottery. It's a lot easier to do, but doesn't necessarily do my pottery justice. As the weather improves, however, I will be able to "dig" into my collection and individually add more pottery posts.

Native clay and stripes

This piece made from Utah clay, is almost 9 inches in height. Instead of glazing it, I used shellac to seal the bisque fired clay in order to maintain it's beautiful color.

The height is almost 8 inches, including the lid.
